Agusti Torello Mata Kripta Cava

A rare and highly sought-after Cava. Kripta is a coupage of three traditional white grape varieties (Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada), all organically grown and hand-harvested. Following the traditional method of making sparkling wine (like champagne), the second fermentation takes place in the amphora-shaped bottle, with a natural cork, over a period of at least eight years. Each bottle is individually packaged in a decorative box, and includes the number of the bottle and the date of disgorgement. Enjoy a clean and crisp bouquet of hazelnuts, fresh citrus, pear and yellow apple, with notes of buttered toast, vanilla spice and truffle.
