Tasting Note: Pale gold colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, this wine is bursting with notes of freshly squeezed limes, lemon curd, nectarines and peaches. As it opens up, a fantastic mineral note of wet stones and flint are present with a hint of freshly-cut grass. In the mouth, it is dry, medium bodied and round with a zippy acidity that cleanses the palate, making this a perfect food wine. A delicate salinity lingers on the finish.
