Tasting Note: Fresh with high fruit expression and spicy pepper notes. It is very intense, well structured with a long finish. Very easy to drink due to its soft, gentle and round tannins. Ideal with light meats such as poultry, and is also delicious with tomato-based pasta sauces and hard cheeses.
