Chef Series: WIne Dinner ft Chef Alex from Casa Bianca - March 6, 2025 | 6:30 pm

This night is to feature Chef Alex from Casa Bianca and all that his restuarant is known for! Join us for a 5 course journey through some tried and true favourites and maybe even a peak at something new! This multi course meal will be served with perfectly paired sips hand selected by an instore Wine-ologist. 

If you have been to his restaurant before, you know how incredible this will be and if you have not this is your chance to experience a culinary mastermind at work. 

Please arrive prior to 6:30pm to get settled as dinner will begin right at 6:30!
