Tasting Note: Clear and bright, the dress is intense, slightly golden yellow. The first aromas dominating the nose are typical of Sauvignon: lemon, blackcurrant bud, then those of white flowers and orange brought by muscadelle. On the palate, tropical and citrus fruits appear. Initially dominated by lemon and grapefruit notes, the flavors evolve towards fleshy white fruits such as pear and lychee. The palate is greedy, round, pleasant, and fruity. The wine is dense, fat, with a minerality that makes it thirst-quenching. The length in the mouth is significant, and reflects all the complexity of the wine. We find this pleasure of ripe fruit, balanced by a beautiful liveliness. The whole is refined, tasty with a lot of tension and elegance.
