Tasting Note: Sourced from old vines in Paarl this aromatic Chenin Blanc is made using the free-run juice for fermentation, then left on the lees for two months before bottling. On the nose an attractive abundance of ripe pear, quince and spring blossom. The palate is light and fresh with a delicate mouthfeel, crisp citrus and apple flavours linger on a very smooth finish.
