Tasting Note: Pale yellow-green colour. The subtle nose reveals a combination of smoky and ripe fruit flavours. The palate is dominated by flavours of candied pineapple, peach, and mango. An elegant acidity supports the typical “smoky” flavours of Pouilly Fumé and completes this great wine.
