This one is a mystery. Fresh limes, mint and Jalapenos all locally grown. AS you bite down you taste the sourness of the lime followed by the sweet taste of mint. All of the sudden you feel the heat of the Jalapeno at the back of your tongue. This is a perfect flavour combination on a pecan. the nut is excellent as a crust on seafood, with a charcuterie board. The nuts are vegan, peanut free, wheat free, and kosher
