Tasting Note: This sparkling Night Orient Classic is a multifaceted non-alcoholic sparkling beverage made from dealcoholized wine. The nose reveals aromas of fresh fruit and citrus with a slight hint of apricot. On the palate, it is both dry and slightly fruity. It is made from Airen, a grape variety from the famous "La Mancha" region in Spain. Ideally enjoyed on its own as a non-alcoholic aperitif, it also pairs delightfully with foie gras and desserts.
