Tasting Note: Deep red, opaque and inky, intense fresh red fruit aromas. In the mouth, rich plummy flavours with hints of strawberry are supported by soft tannins which give a firm backbone and will allow it to age over several years.
Accolades: Very minerally, with sea salt and black pepper notes to the sweet plum, beef and dried berry flavors. Features raisin and vanilla on the crisp, balanced finish. Best after 2015. 100 cases imported.
