SANTA CAROLINA RSV DE FAMILIA CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Tasting Note: Bright garnet colour with violet hues; aromas of black pepper, red cherries and hints of cedar.. On the palate great fruit concentration with fine grained tannins and notes of vanilla and cedar. Try it with Chilean Asada (grilled meats) seasoned with salt, garlic and herbs with Pebre salsa on the side (a fresh herbal mix of tomato, onion and cilantro).
