Stoke is modern, woman-owned and operated deli located in the heart of Niagara. After years of honing their recipes in the restaurant, they thought it was time to share some of their favourites with Stoke at Home. Think not-too-hot Hot Sauces, with all the flavour!

Made with jammy wild blueberries, floral and aromatic local quince, and a blend of local organic peppers with some smoked ghost pepper for a little extra kick in the pants.  Fruity + fiery in all the best ways.
