The Pourium and Chef Shaun Kaluznick of Elmhurst Golf & Country Club are joining forces for a first-of-its-kind collaboration for The Pourium—an evening celebrating the flavours and warm hospitality of Italy. Begin with hors d’oeuvres, then settle in for a five-course Italian-inspired dinner, with every course accompanied by a wine thoughtfully selected by The Pourium. Expect delicious discoveries, lively conversation, and plenty to savour.

With more than two decades in Winnipeg kitchens, Shaun brings both experience and personality to the table. His career has taken him from the Inn at the Forks to the helm of Provence Bistro, and since 2010, he has served as Executive Chef at Elmhurst Golf & Country Club, where he also runs The Local 1914 Kitchen & Brewpub. His signature approach combines seasonal ingredients, bold, approachable flavours, and a love of bringing people together over great food.
