This kit works by exposing smaller amounts of liquor to a larger charred American oak surface area to improve flavours by rounding out harsh notes. Unlike other infusion sticks, this oak holds in suspension and can easily be removed instead of left sitting at the bottom of a bottle. When perfect flavour is achieved, simply remove the stick!
