Serve as a garnish in drinks or in both sweet and savoury food recipes. They delicately bloom as an elegant garnish in champagne, Prosecco or cocktails. The syrup can be used in rich meaty sauce, berry desserts, Panna Cotta, ice cream, Pavlova, or set in crystalline jellies. Three month shelf life once opened.
